「田むらの梅酒2023」の販売開始

株式会社松栄堂(https://www.shoeidoh.co.jp/)と
磐乃井酒造株式会社が共同で開発した、
銘菓「田むらの梅」の派生商品「田むらの梅酒」です。
一関産の梅と一関市花泉町産美山錦を使用しており、
一関の原材料にこだわっております。
今年はアルコール度数が2度あがって12度になり、
旨味が増し、ロックでも風味が損なわれにくくなっております。
そのまま冷やして、またはロックがおすすめです。
720mlから500mlとなり、さらに可愛く、
ちょっとした手土産にもぴったりです。
田村家第57当主 田村任顯（たかあき）氏公認。

原料由来の沈殿が生じることがありますが、品質には問題ありません。

※田むらの梅（菓子）について： 銘菓「田むらの梅」は、
旧一関藩主田村家中興の祖で、儒学や歌才に秀でた田村建顕公の、
ことのほか梅花を愛された雅趣をしのび、
14 代丕顕(ひろあき)子爵がこれを梅菓子に託して伝えるべく当店初代に命じて創らせたものです。
命をうけた松栄堂初代小野寺主馬蔵は、さっそく田村家この館跡、
釣山に咲き匂う梅に想を練り辛苦研究の末創りあげ、
丕顕公はこの風味、菓格がとくにお気に召され田村の家名を冠することを許されました。
